Agencia Datsun has reiterated its commitment to promote young creatives in the country, with the 4th Nissan Creativity Contest. And the truth is, I think it’s sensational, because let’s be clear: they don’t need to do it, and yet, they promote it and make it bigger and better.
This year they are promoting the Qashqai, a new Nissan model, and the expectation of participation is the highest so far. Samuel Aizenman, Alfredo Chavarría and Analú Vargas, as well as everyone at Nissan, are confident that the fourth contest is just a wonderful prelude to the fifth. This year, the contest has the endorsement of Ascap and the strong support of the advertising, design and communication departments of the country’s universities.
In fact, in the second contest I met Carlos Jiménez, whom we hired after two brilliant participations, and who is already packing his bags along with Paula Guevara, because I’m taking them to Cannes and there they will participate in the Young Creatives Film Competition. That is to say, for Carlos the route has been simple, although not easy, from the Nissan Competition in Costa Rica, to the Cannes Film Festival in the south of France in only 2 years.
The coverage of the creative competition will be even greater than in past years, and for this reason, we have no doubt that the investment of time and money will be more than justified.
To my friends and clients at Agencia Datsun, thank you very much for this idea, for supporting the young creatives of the country, for being so focused and cool. I have no doubt that this bet will continue to pay off in results, and that this connection with the young university students will bring great dividends.
Cheers!
