Costa Rica is obliged to detach itself from its purvidistic idionsicracy and its still-atranquila, to recognize that the world does not wait or call it, and for this reason, either Costa Rica goes to the world or it leaves us. It is as simple as that. There will be pessimists who say that we have already been dumped, as well as optimists like me who are convinced that we are in time, if we pay the price, if we are humble to learn and we turn to do it.

For this reason, I am fascinated with the idea that yesterday, Wednesday, the Argentinean Escuela Superior de Creativos continued training and detonating, teaching and igniting more than 70 participants in the workshop promoted by ASCAP and held in the auditorium of the Uveritas. I have missed it, as I am still colorfully painted in these parts of the world, and for this reason, I can say nothing more than I am very happy that it is happening and that today, Thursday night, it will conclude successfully.
To Fabiana and her team, very photogenic everyone, a hug from afar and a sincere thank you for this wonderfully inspiring effort. Costa Rica deserves a place on the planet much larger than that related to the proportion of its territory. This week I have spent entire days inside Saatchi Saatchi London, with them and learning how they prepare a meeting, how they put together their presentations, how they plan and how they organize, there are important differences to recognize, levels of professionalism to achieve, although it is also true that this is a world of similarities.
To Lilliana Gonzalez, as I commented yesterday in the messenger, CONGRATULATIONS! Once again she knocked it out of the ballpark and painted one more line in her career of success for Ascap, for the country’s publicity, for those of us who passionately believe that Sí Se Puede (Yes We Can). Thank you, Lili, from the bottom of our hearts.
