This video has been circulated around the country, as an encouragement to reflect on the upcoming referendum. It certainly locates and tunes in to a planet that, as I have said before, is not waiting for us. While the airport continues in disaster and the road infrastructure collapses, in Costa Rica we are debating between Yes and No. However, the message is clear: it is time to act.
