They say that good friends are those who accompany you in the bad times… and tolerate you in the good times! And for this reason, there is no doubt that today we are dealing with JWT, since it swept coveted national and international awards, it did it like no other agency in 2007… and it faces me at the head of Tribu! Take a look at this photo, so you don’t have to imagine it:
Do you see it? The sign is delicately installed in the middle of the middle of the street in front of our agency, and while we are very patriotic, our friends from JWT remind us of what they achieved… that we couldn’t even from a distance. However, with sportsmanship and a good sense of humor, the mischief is received and enjoyed.
To Javier Navajas and Christian Caldwell, as well as to everyone in your agency, I congratulate you from the bottom of my heart. The billboard that has invaded the city with the count of the achievements can only be exhibited by JWT this year. And the mupi in front of Tribu, makes me suppose that there must be some others in front of other agencies… of course, by mere coincidence of fate, obviously.
What is certain is that I liked JWT’s chest outburst, as well as the fact that they share their pride with us. I choose to take their successes as inspiration and healthy challenge, as motivation and encouragement, without criticism of any kind and excited because that’s the way things are done, although of course, they make me a little envious of lemon green with a 😉 in the middle.
Thus, JWT reminds us of its successes in advertising festivals with an aggressive presence throughout the city. No wonder, and that’s why, when you hit a few bats, you have to crow about it, and that goes for the whole market. We hope that JWT’s successes do not burn anyone, and that next year there will be many more, both for this agency and for all of them. The more Costa Rican agencies win, the more we all win. There is plenty for everyone.
Now, of course, if we are talking about signs in front of the agency, the biggest one is one for Viagra, and here Gustavo Halsband would have to be the one to clarify if it has a coded message or if it is direct, if it is a joke or a recommendation, if it is for the traffic on the street, from his own experience or advice from a friend! In any case, it doesn’t matter (for now!), the blue diamond fence has been there with us for days when we cross the street.
At the end of the day, it’s true: life is how you take it. Ah, and the greater the firmness, the greater the satisfaction!
