Good morning! How are you? Are you still smiling? How are you?
If there is one thing I would love about this blogging experience, it would be the participation of those who read it. It would be great to establish the dialogue that we often achieve with some of the few who add their opinions, even though we always feel some kind of resentment in any experience of public exposure. However, my dear friend, it only takes a few keystrokes and a portmanteau to be enjoying the interactivity.
The next day there is always some kind of rubber, and I have several. The first is that the Volcano at night, like all of them, could have been better. There were not few flaws and therefore, from today we will begin to refine, polish, assimilate and learn to do much better next year. In the organization, the sequence and rhythm, the rules, in short, everything deserves to be reviewed to improve.
In terms of the results, I’m sorry I didn’t take more time to go and congratulate the winners at the party. For this and from here, I send you all a big hug and my sincere joy for your Volcanoes. Hopefully today morning we all have the feeling that it was a high level event, that the hard work was manifested and that we took a step forward and upwards. In any case, in spaces such as this one, the possibility opens up for all criticism and contributions, we learn from everyone.
I’m a little bit annoyed because as the organizer of the event, one would like to see everyone happy. However, there is no possible way to achieve this in a case like the Volcano, because there are always people who feel loss, who feel inadequacy, who feel mistakes and who do not feel identification. Hopefully they will be the fewest, in order to be able to count on a consensus result regarding the positive, constructive experience and the progress that was achieved last night.
The rubber band also hits me a little bit because the work was again extremely overloaded on Lilliana Gonzalez, and for this reason, I think that we have to learn to distribute the task better. Her work is always impeccable, cheerful, determined and courageous, and for this reason, I also have some rubber because yesterday she deserved a public tribute with a statue and so on. In this line, there were many who added, and for this, the Promotica team deserves a standing ovation for such extraordinary work.
The rubber doesn’t hit me for drinks, as I’ve almost traded rum or whiskey for Powerade or Gatorade, which is what works best for my training and my runs. However, if I can get enough of the gum from the late night and many other aspects that today I feel had to be better. However, today’s gum is of gratitude and joy, because the Volcano had a positive note.
What do you think?
