For 16 Tribu creatives, today kicks off a Caribbean weekend, with the new edition of the festival organized by the Círculo de Creativos de Panamá. Costa Rica sent more pieces than any other country, and Ogilvy Costa Rica more than any other agency, so a good harvest is expected for the Ticos participating.
Tribu’s large attendance to the Caribbean has to do with the desire to grow, to learn and to realize personal and collective dreams, besides going with firm expectations for prizes, bringing some Seco Herrerano in the veins, suddenly a little color in the skin, one or another electrical device from the free zone and the inevitable effect of the late-night festival (… or is it that someone assumes that we only go for the talks?) Everything to do, much to gain.
In particular and with total sincerity, to all the agencies in Costa Rica, my best wishes for many Caribbeans for our country. To the Saatchi Saatchi participating agencies, our commitment to push ourselves in a big way and push them with our own awards to continue consolidating it as a dominant network in creative, starting this year with the Caribbean (despite being a small network in the region and in the world, it always stands out in its creative product). And to all the tribal representatives flying to Panama today, have a great time, bring lots of pictures and tell us all about it next Monday.
I’ll stay barking, or as they also say, taking care of the pulperia (you’ll see what’s left… Diego!).
Cheers!
