Do we pay attention to what captures our attention, or do we decide what we pay attention to? There is a huge difference! In just 17 minutes, this message leads us to recognize that our attention influences the direction of our lives, and therefore, our destiny. However, it clearly indicates that it is preferable to choose what you will give your attention to.
Simply put, perhaps it does make sense to decide what I give my attention, time or energy to, as clearly, it will ultimately impact where I go in my life. In this blog, for example, many of us have decided to pay attention to everything that can stimulate the creative level of the country. Also, in the integral proposal, I propose attention to the exciting life that comes from a deliberate intention for balance and equilibrium between mind, heart, body and spirit.
