Climbing Everest is one of the most extreme adventures possible on the planet, and as far away as it seems, many people have made it their own in all sorts of flavors and colors.

There are people who have chosen to see Everest up close, ascending on a long hike to one of the base camps, to feel it and live it beyond a photograph or a documentary. Here is one of those experiences in video of people like us who did it this way:
Of course, there are those who truly put their lives on the line for the ultimate challenge, ascending like the greats to the top, more than 850 climbers to date, as well as some many who did not survive it, almost 150 to today.
In any case, there are the adventures for one or the other… for the rest of us.
