In a month post-leones and with a deliberate pause in various topics, the blog reached almost 142,000 page views and a lot of tranquility in an experimental space that I continue to enjoy.

I don’t know the levels of reach and frequency, touch and feel, influence and trend, and yet, for what it’s worth, the idea of the blog from a few years ago is now a space to connect, propose, share and more, with nothing but passion for what we do in advertising agencies, for what specifically touches Tribu Saatchi Saatchi, as well as for everything else I decide to pay attention to. Inevitably, it is a partial reflection of my reality and an opportunity for exposure with risks that I have learned to enjoy.

Publicly, I expose myself to a spelling, writing and composition error, a misplaced idea or a poorly stated polemical opinion. I often get positive feedback, and without saying no, I regularly get the opposite. Some find me irrelevant, because they don’t come to the blog (which I recommend to all those who eat me and don’t stop coming to read what I write), others find me annoying or uncomfortable (I will never forget a guy who told me how much he was annoyed by my blog… as if he had to visit it!) but maybe some of them I can connect with ideas and proposals that could inspire.

For all the possible consequences of this virtual space, I must confess that I find it a lot of fun. There are days when I think that the time is coming to conclude my contributions, as there are others when I think that the exercise of writing what I think, feel, believe and know is too valuable for me, as it is something like taking the mind to its gym and expressing its reach in a rabid typing on my Mac.

What the future may be is a subject proper to God alone, and as far as this humble and simple corner of the Internet is concerned, it is a subject with too little importance for a second of speculation. For now, I’ll keep typing then and we’ll see what’s next, in a context in which we will provide opportunities to evolve.

So more to come even if not of the same thing.
