Emily Pilloton presented in the EF Hall at the Austin Convention Center during SXSW and drew us in because of the name of her talk, because she was a TED talker and because she brought ideas worth adding to the moleskin and to this blog.
She began by telling us her story and the idea behind her Project H, with design for humanity, habitats, health and happiness. He did not miss the published book, Design Revolution, with 100 products that empower people. He showed some examples and ideas that led his talk to tell us how he decided to move into the field and move from pure design to living on the street.
From there she continued on to Bertie County in North Carolina, and the case that has made her a guest presenter. Here I leave you with her TED appearance, so Emily can tell you her story and not me.
