Christian Fuentes and Noé Arias in Cyber, Mariana Morera and José Pablo Bolaños in Graphics, Paola Fatjó and Rebeca Barzuna in Clients, are the duos chosen to go to Cannes and compete in the Young Lions.
We expect a lot from their talent, commitment and ideas. We already have a Silver Medal and now we expect more in recognition of Costa Rican creativity, strongly encouraged by the companies in Comunidad and by La Nación, the great sponsor of this competition in Costa Rica.
In particular, Paola and Rebeca will be the first participants to go to Cannes as clients. From Nestlé and Telefónica respectively, they will have the task of writing the best possible brief and see it awarded by a jury of top level creatives. Then they will have the mission to make Cannes known, to rescue the importance of the brief in a creative process, an urgent issue in our latitudes, as well as to infect many more clients to take the plane and go to Cannes.
While the creative duos in Graphics and Cyber were chosen by national competitions, the client duo was chosen by La Nación from a list of names proposed by Community agencies. On the road, all is gain and the creative movement continues.
