From a strictly historical perspective, we have been Agency of the Year since 2008. It took us almost 20 years to get there and we did it after suffering many, many defeats. You don’t do it by yourself and you don’t do it in one year. It’s a matter of patience, perseverance and focus, because talent without strategy or an award without satisfied clients is useless.
We have been an agency since 1989. Our history is steeped in wonderful people who have passed through our company, made their contribution, left their mark and filled us with their spirit, their passion and their dedication. Today it is also made up of people, sensational men and women who deliver without regard or reservation, simply because of the never-ending desire to continue making a difference.
Personally, I have the enormous responsibility of serving my team with a leadership that is now carefully shared. Tribu is more than a name, it is above all a commitment, you can’t call yourself Tribu and not be Tribu! For this reason, we enjoy a tribe more than a team, where collaboration, cooperation, co-creation, trust and co-leadership also prevail.
So, from my space I focus on connecting, supporting and bridging, facilitating and accelerating in a fast-paced environment. We know we have an opportunity and we are aware that we are obliged to turn it into inspiration, challenge and celebration. This is why we do it without believing anything, without feeling that we have reached any destination and rather clear that we are still on our journey. This implies a reality: everything passes. Pain passes and joy passes, failure passes and success passes.
To our competitors all our respect. There is no advertising agency or commercial communication company that we do not respect, even in differences or antagonistic positions. All our competitors deserve our applause and gratitude, because we could not exist without competition, just as we would not exist without clients.
