Tribu in Honduras and El Salvador. Last week I was for the first time at Tribu DDB San Pedro Sula, where we made a high voltage personal connection, got stuck on several ideas and managed to initiate a close relationship. I loved every single person in this inspiring and exciting Tribu! I was also at Tribu DDB San Salvador and we got back in personal contact and time to dream.
Tribu DDB HondurasAs happened at one stage of Consumer (the old name of our agency), in Honduras we first rented one apartment, then two, then three, then four and soon we will go to five. From a few to almost 40 publicists, our company has changed from a take-off to an intense high-altitude flight. Our clients continue to support us and the return is one of commitment and delivery.
In El Salvador the project had started in a large space and because of this, it has allowed us to grow from 10 to 30-something without adding to the rent. However, from being a place with many empty spaces, today it has become a place with a lot of talent, ideas and proposals. In fact, in the time we were able to share, the first thing we saw were their ideas, their campaigns and the most relevant work done.
In both visits we reviewed key ideas of influence in our organizational culture. After all, the true differentiator is the one that sustains itself beyond its time leadership or its moment in the market. No wonder we think that a tribe is, above all definitions, a group of people who share dreams and illusions with their sights set in the same direction.
As in all of Central America, we are committed to the idea of making our region a better place through advertising and business. For this, we see the power of influence as powerful, and for this reason, we focus on being the most influential agency in the area. This way we add up to a real and effective competitive advantage, as well as sustainable, because it makes us unrepeatable(sorry for our competition!). Along the way, the result becomes a relevant one, because as a consequence the company becomes irreplaceable(I’m happy for our clients!). The result becomes inevitable, when we become irresistible(Welcome new business!).
To Carolina Delgado and Karol Paz in Honduras, as well as to Ana María Rochac in El Salvador, thank you a thousand times for your attentions. To everyone at Tribu DDB in each of these powerful agencies, thank you for the opportunity to share and go ahead, every day is a good day to turn our mission into reality.
