In a matter of a few days we will reach over 4,000 people who would have made a click on Facebook that is extremely meaningful to us at Tribu DDB. This is an important segment self-defined by a LIKE that represents a link of enormous significance, as it signals a relationship, an association and perhaps a preference, perhaps for our company, perhaps for what it implies or what it projects.
Some have already written a lot and with more criteria about the valueof a fan on Facebook(value of a facebook fan), however, for us it is an opportunity to converse, share, influence and make a difference in people who have indicated at least a positive relationship with our brand.
At the moment Tribu DDB has more friends than any other DDB agency in the world, and from what we have seen out there, also more than any other agency in the region with the exception of Apex in El Salvador that we found with almost 6,000 friends. It must be that there are still few companies and advertising agencies that see this as relevant, although I have no doubt that it won’t be long before we see many of them creating their own networks or circles of friends.
