After almost two years since its inception, we can celebrate the complete success of our adventure in digital production and that until today responds to the name of BOSZ, led by MBA José Coto as CEO and Partner of the firm.

With more than 80 people to date, focused on digital production for both local and international brands, Bosz Digital is currently interviewing national talent to increase its team and prepare for the growth generated by its impeccable performance. (Send your CV! 🙂 )

Like any start-up company, I must admit, we had to overcome many obstacles, overcome frequent frustration and keep our eyes fixed on the original vision, even though we often had lightning storms. Like any long-distance race, Bosz Digital has also proven to be only for those who persevere and know how to recognize a passing cramp.

Today the story is being written with a fine blue feather of extremely encouraging results, especially by the people who have joined this wonderful adventure. With impressive levels of technical knowledge, with will, passion and desire, with levels of English to applaud and in general, with a spirit of illusion and sacrifice, we celebrate the talent in the country and the young people who are standing out in a big way, making Bosz a vibrant reality.

We set up our offices in Forum2, although we must admit that we had to do it under pressure, with little time and low budget. Even so, the ping pong table is still the setting for many a fun meeting that makes a difference, as we work on making our environment a distinct sensory experience, as we once did with much more time for Tribe.
