It’s just one detail and it makes all the difference. The meeting tent is a marvel, but even more so is how much we enjoy making things happen at Tribu. Check out a sample of emails, in this case with Viviana Araya and Diego García.

• Mail 1: “Vivi, To take advantage of these beautiful sunny days without rain, I thought it would be a good idea to put up a tent in Tribu’s garden. I imagine an open and comfortable space to have outdoor meetings under a tent. We would need Gabo to throw wireless signal and that’s it. What do you think?”
• Mail 2: “This mega cute idea ….. It would be a success to pass the puff and fatboys down so that people literally throw themselves there…. A couple of armchairs….. I’m going to move with that to hit it at once!!!”
• Mail 3: “But make it to go bretear!!!! White board and markers, or flip charts for scratching. Let them feel that it is for WORKING, that we have no time to waste. Sound familiar? Don Diego, what do you think?”
• Mail 4: “Jajajajajajaj yes boss if someone has has has time to lose that he comes to help us to promotica jajaja But clear reu room or peloteo down!!!! Understood!!! 🙂 Vivi.”
• Mail 5: “I like the idea, suggestion vivi: All white, very well tied because there is a lot of wind, put in the shade (the sun is fatal). We can if possible put a water dispenser. If we manage to put it together well, I announce it in Monday’s meeting and make it explicit that it is for “Bretear”. Hug, Diego.”

Result:

Sensational! The images show the Bosz team at one of the many meetings that are now taking place outdoors and in the summer. They also show reflections of a culture that we have been building together for 23 years. One of intensity, passion, focus and tenacity, in an environment that we have protected with talent, technology and tolerance.
