Saturday’s Superschool Weekend was all about graphics, with initial presentations by Daslav Maslov focusing on images and print ideas. In the Brother folder, in the Photo section, you can find what was done by the different groups on Saturday afternoon, and presented in the evening. They had little time, they worked with homemade materials, they couldn’t download photos from the Internet and they only had simple digital cameras. With the presentation of each proposal, the brothers made their critiques, gave their points of view and opinions. In short, I think it was an extraordinary pinch for everyone, as it was clear that there is a lot to overcome. However, in my personal opinion, I celebrate the effort and the fact that there are about 140 creatives willing to learn, and with enough humility to go and learn.
The latter, unfortunately, cannot be said of the many creatives who did not attend, and who stayed in their daily lives, assuming that they had nothing to gain from an experience like this. All in all, the Superschool Weekend has been a pinch-your-butt experience for everyone.
