Invitation to the next event: Sunday, February 6th. Intercontinental Hotel, 4:00 PM.
Some of you may have heard or read some of what we have published about the Openhouse Project. In a nutshell, it is an initiative that focuses on creating a church designed for people who don’t go to church. Maybe because this empty chair is waiting for you:
Sound familiar? Or as our clients often say, did it click for you? If so, I invite you to explore this initiative in several directions. The first one goes through a simple website: https://www.openhouse.cr, where you will be able to learn about what is happening in Costa Rica.
Then, at https://driveinternacional.org you will find the basics, with North Point and its model, with Julio Gonzalez (who runs the Openhouse Project in Costa Rica) and the talks by Andy Stanley in Spanish https://driveinternacional.org/video-charlas/. They will give you a lot of argument and enough valuable information to make a strong case for the initiative that I am supporting, along with a lot of great people who are putting their lives on the line for this.
I also invite you to the event that will take place on Sunday, February 6th at the Intercontinental Hotel, 4:00 PM. There will be a presentation of the strategy to follow, “From the Lobby to the Kitchen” by Julio Gonzalez and Andy Stanley (on video).
For many years I tried to quench my thirst by taking sand from a thousand different sources. For several years now I have found the most legitimate thirst quencher of living water that only comes from the message in the Bible. Churches and religion scared me away for years, despite their best intentions, and it wasn’t until I found this fresh and new way of establishing a relationship with God, that I was able to take firm and sustained steps in God’s direction. And well, of course I recommend it.
I hope you are interested in exploring the subject. The promise is one of life. It is worth it.
